House Rules • Must be 21+ to book and primary guest must stay • No parties or events • No smoking, vaping, or tobacco use is allowed anywhere inside the home, garage, game room, or on the property. This includes patios, porches, yard areas, driveway, and outdoor spaces. Evidence of smoking, smoke odor, cigarette/cigar butts, ashes, burns, or related damage may result in additional cleaning, deodorizing, repair, or damage fees. • Dogs allowed (max 2, $125 fee per stay) – must be disclosed at booking, must remain off all carpeted areas, furniture, and beds. Please clean up after your pet and avoid leaving pets unattended unless they are crated. • Overnight stays are limited to registered guests included on the reservation. • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM • Please respect neighbors and the property • Follow all posted rules for firepit use • Please note that the garage is not available for routine vehicle parking. To help preserve guest access and property operations, we ask that vehicles be parked in the driveway or other designated parking areas on the property. In the event of severe weather, such as hail or other extreme conditions, guests are welcome to use the garage for temporary vehicle protection. The garage may be used as a secondary exit and provides convenient access for loading and unloading luggage. It also serves as the main walkway to the game room—simply follow the signs above the interior door marked “Game Room.” Thermostat & HVAC Usage To help protect the HVAC system and ensure comfort for all guests, please keep thermostat settings between 67°F and 76°F during your stay. Setting the thermostat outside of this range will not cool or heat the home more quickly and may place unnecessary strain on the equipment. Excessive HVAC usage, thermostat tampering, or operation outside of the permitted temperature range that results in abnormal utility costs, service calls, system freeze-ups, or damage may result in additional charges. Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees or removal from the property.

The property features easy self check-in with a smart lock, so you can arrive on your schedule. Please make yourself at home and enjoy the space during your stay. A storm shelter is available on the property for emergency use only. We ask that guests do not access it unless needed.
